We will advise upon the forms that need completing to register your company, upon the legislations for limited companies and the records you need to keep and upon the statutory year- end deadlines.

Self Assessment Tax Returns for Sole Traders & Partnerships
We prepare Self Assessment returns from annual accounts completing the forms on-line by the specified deadlines.

Payrolls
We offer both a weekly or monthly payroll service to a variety of businesses. As part of this service you will receive pay slips for each employee, advise you of your PAYE liability at the end of each month and complete your end of year returns online by the Inland Revenue deadline.

VAT Returns
We will analyse sales and purchases, presenting the information clearly for future retrieval when required for VAT inspection. We will calculate your VAT that is due and advise you of the payment due each quarter and your VAT return will be filed on-line on your behalf.

Cash Flow/Financial Planning
You may need projections from time to time and we can assist with preparation of cash flow forecasting and financial planning.

Bookkeeping
If you feel you need the additional services of a bookkeeper we can record your daily transactions using our in-house sage package or visit your premises to update your computer records.
